Estefania Negrette is a Senior Associate in Peckar & Abramson’s Miami office. Her practice focuses on construction defect litigation and construction related disputes, where she represents contractors and other construction professionals in a wide range of high-stakes, multi-million dollar litigation disputes stemming from the design and construction of residential and commercial projects.

Bio
Estefania has experience handling claims involving design defects, construction accidents, catastrophic losses, and Chapter 558 proceedings. She also brings experience handling insurance coverage, first party property claims, general liability matters, and commercial litigation, which strengthens her ability to navigate the multifaceted issues that arise in construction disputes.
During law school, Estefania competed in multiple moot court competitions, including the National Puerto Rican Bar Association Moot Court Competition, where her team earned Best Brief at Nationals. She graduated magna cum laude and received Book Awards in Contracts, Evidence, and Appellate Practice Workshop. Estefania also completed a judicial internship with the Honorable Tim Bailey of the 17th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida.
