Bio
Ariella’s practice includes advising clients on government contracts, procurement compliance, and regulatory obligations that frequently intersect with construction and infrastructure projects. She counsels contractors on issues that arise throughout the lifecycle of a government contract. Her experience also includes bid protests, contract claims, and administrative appeals.
Ariella has represented clients in federal court and before administrative tribunals, including matters involving the False Claims Act, bid protest litigation, and appeals related to contract performance and eligibility determinations. She regularly analyzes solicitation requirements, prepares protest and claim submissions, and assists clients in navigating certification, size, and responsibility issues across a range of federal contract vehicles.
Ariella earned her J.D. from The George Washington University Law School, where she concentrated in Government Procurement Law and served on the Public Contract Law Journal. She received multiple academic honors, including recognition as a George Washington Scholar and Thurgood Marshall Scholar. She holds a B.A. in History, Political Science, and Italian from the University of California, Davis, and is admitted to practice in Virginia and California.
