Bio
Prior to joining the firm as an attorney, Andres served as a law clerk at multiple law firms, including P&A, where he gained hands-on experience in construction and commercial law. Through these clerkships, he developed a strong foundation in the issues that shape the construction industry and its legal challenges.
Before entering the legal profession, Andres earned his undergraduate degree in Offshore and Coastal Systems Engineering, where he specialized in the structural design of offshore structures. He later worked in the construction industry as a project engineer and assistant project manager on multimillion-dollar public and private projects.
Andres earned his J.D. from South Texas College of Law Houston where he was a Student Executive Editor for the Construction Law Journal on campus and earned his B.A. from Texas A&M University.
