He has over 27 years of experience representing employers in a wide variety of industries in labor negotiations. During his career he has also regularly represented employers in litigation involving race, gender, mental and physical disability, national origin and pregnancy discrimination, as well as providing counseling regarding fair labor practices and union organization campaigns. His labor negotiation experience includes negotiation of project labor agreements for large, public and private construction projects throughout the United States.
Greg practices extensively before State and Federal courts, Fair Employment Practice Agencies, the National Labor Relations Board, State and Federal Departments of Labor, Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs, Occupational Safety and Health Administration and various other employment-related State and Federal administrative agencies. Greg provides advice regarding compliance with State and Federal labor and employment laws including Fair Labor Standards Act, Davis Bacon, Affirmative Action and Disadvantage Business Enterprise utilization requirements, the Americans with Disabilities Act, Family and Medical Leave Act and Immigration Law compliance. Greg also provides consultation regarding investigative techniques, anti-substance abuse policies, confidentiality and noncompetition agreements, wage and hour audits, and employment practices audits. He is the author of many law-related publications and regularly presents on current developments in labor and employment law.
