Bio
Ali earned his Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Auburn University before joining the construction industry, where he managed and engineered large-scale building projects for one of the nation’s leading general contractors. In his role within the self-perform operations group, Ali specialized in managing reinforced concrete, drywall, and architectural scopes. He also oversaw rental operations and managed multiple self-perform projects simultaneously, from the bidding stage to closeout. His experience also includes overseeing client-direct work within self-perform, giving him a deep understanding of both contractor and client priorities.
While pursuing his J.D., Ali served as a legal intern with a large general contractor and construction technology company, where he deepened his understanding of risk management, contract analysis, and technology’s evolving role in construction. He also served as a law clerk with P&A prior to becoming an associate and currently serves as a Teaching Assistant for a Fundamentals of Construction Management course at Nova Southeastern University. Ali received his J.D. From Samford University and his B.C.E from Auburn University.
