Melinda S. Gentile and Robert S. Peckar will be speaking at the Associated General Contractors of America Advanced Management Program on November 13 – 15, 2013 at Coopers Guest Lodge in Dallas, Texas. Ms. Gentile and Mr. Peckar will be speaking on the topic titled “The Value of Enlightened Dispute Avoidance and Resolution”. The presentation will focus on understanding disputes, recognizing the opportunities to resolve the problems and understanding alternatives to traditional dispute resolutions.
