Peckar & Abramson is pleased to announce that it’s Miami office will host a Peer Conference titled: “Pre-Project Due Diligence and Contracting with Owners to Avoid Disputes and Increase Profitability”. The conference will be held on November 18, 2014 from 8:00 am to 10:00 am, in our Miami office conference center. Gary M. Stein, Co-Managing Partner of Peckar & Abramson’s Miami office and Adam P. Handfinger, Partner in Peckar & Abramson’s Miami office will discuss actions to take and contract provisions to negotiate to avoid disputes and effectively deal with those issues that cannot be avoided. In addition, they will identify and discuss new issues that arise in the negotiation and management of general contractor’s relationships with Owners.
