Bio
Skyler represents owners, general contractors, design professionals, and sureties in a wide variety of construction disputes involving public and private construction projects, including delay, impact, and acceleration claims; payment and performance bond claims; mechanic’s liens; change order disputes; and prompt payment disputes.
Skyler received his B.S. from Penn State University and his J.D. from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, where he was the Managing Editor of the Journal of Business & Technology Law, Treasurer of the Business Law Society, and a member of the Transactional Law Team. Skyler also served as a judicial intern with the Court of Appeals of Maryland.
