Bio
Brian’s civil litigation experience encompasses matters involving complex business disputes, construction litigation, products liability, labor law, employment law, insurance coverage, professional liability and toxic torts. His white-collar defense experience includes defending clients in regulatory enforcement actions and against allegations of public corruption, securities fraud, labor law violations, Minority, Women-owned, and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (M/W/DBE) program abuse, health care fraud, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) violations, antitrust violations, money laundering, bribery, insider trading, environmental crimes, tax evasion and other business crimes.
From 1993 to 1998, Brian served as an Assistant District Attorney in Bronx County, New York, where he investigated, prosecuted and tried a wide array of complex criminal matters.
