Charles E. Williams III Involved in Acquisition of $70 million, 28-building Affordable Housing Rehabilitation Project

Charles E. Williams III, a Partner in the firm’s New York office, was involved in the acquisition of a $70 million, 28-building affordable housing rehabilitation project underway in Harlem. The preservation project will repair apartments, improve the buildings and keep the rents of 358 apartments affordable to low-income families for the next 30 years. Mr. Williams’ client is a local M/WBE developer who has partnered with the city to lead the project.
