Bio
Lucas represents construction professionals and sureties in a wide range of matters and is skilled in contract negotiation and interpretation. He counsels and represents clients to solve legal issues in State and Federal Courts, as well as administrative boards, arbitrations, and mediations.
Lucas has volunteered with the Legal Services of Northern Virginia, as well as the Legal Clinic for Service Members and Veterans. Prior to entering private practice, he held a clerkship in the Office of the City Attorney in Alexandria Virginia and the Department of Administrative Litigation in Chicago. Lucas earned his B.S. from Florida State University and his J.D from George Mason University School of Law, where he was a member of the Trial Advocacy Association, Moot Court Board, and Phi Alpha Delta.
