Jerry P. Brodsky will be speaking at the 2017 Annual Construction Law Institute on March 16-18, 2017 at the JW Marriott Orlando Grande Lakes. Mr. Brodsky will be speaking at the lunch session on Friday, March 17, 2017. Their presentation titled, “The Deal that Saved the Panama Canal” will discuss how,in late 2013, the Panama Canal expansion project was in crisis and when the surety was asked to intervene, P&A partners Jerry Brodsky, head of the Firm’s Latin American Practice Group, and Neal Sklar, on behalf of the surety, structured and negotiated a deal that saved the Panama Canal.
