The story “License to Drill” focuses on infrastructure growth from Mexico to Brazil as firms await energy reforms that will spawn big deals and big returns for clients in Latin America. Mr. Brodsky commented on infrastructure projects in Latin America and ranks the demand in the Latin American countries into four different country groups. He also states that the outlook for these countries is expected to increase on a yearly basis over the next several years.
