Frank Rapoport participated in McGraw Hill Financial’s recent Roundtable on Transportation Infrastructure which was posted on line on July 8, 2015. The Roundtable, which was comprised of representatives of all five McGraw Hill Financial business units and one outside contributor, Frank Rapoport, convened to discuss the condition of the nation’s infrastructure, define the extent of the infrastructure shortfall, discuss possible solutions and McGraw Hill Financial Institute’s role going forward.
