Shannon Ellsworth is the Chief Operating Officer at P&A, bringing extensive experience in firm operations, management, and strategic planning within legal and professional services organizations. She oversees the firm’s operations with a core objective of guiding the managerial and administrative business affairs of the firm such that P&A’s lawyers and staff focus without distraction on what they do best – serving P&A’s clients.
Shannon works closely with the firm’s leadership to ensure that P&A delivers the highest level of client service and maintains its long history as a welcoming and supportive working environment.
