Steven M. Charney will be acting as moderator and speaking at the American Bar Association (“ABA”) Forum on the Construction Industry Midwinter Meeting on January 30, 2014 in Atlantis Paradise Island, Bahamas. Mr. Charney will be speaking on the topic titled “Plan for the Tsunami: Litigation Budgeting – How to Effectively Budget and Manage the Budget in Accordance with the Client’s Guidelines” The presentation will demonstrate how to effectively prepare and manage an initial litigation budget, and how to properly communicate with your client when circumstances change through unexpected events or scope creep.
