Stephen H. Reisman will be speaking at the American Bar Association Forum on the Construction Industry Fall Meeting, October 16 – 17, 2014 at the Hilton Chicago in Chicago, Illinois. Mr. Reisman will speak on a panel on October 16, 2014 in the morning Plenary 3 session titled, “The Perfect Pair … or The Odd Couple? Challenges of Teaming Arrangements”. This session will evaluate key issues related to Teaming Arrangements – contracts, internal disputes and strategies to eliminate or resolve claims.
