Stefan Chin, senior counsel in the firm’s Miami office, will be speaking at the South Florida Associate General Contractors Young Construction Executives Meeting on March 16, 2017 at the Old Davie School Historical Museum in Davie, Florida.  Mr. Chin’s presentation titled, “Paper Your Project: Contract and Risk Management During Construction” will discuss contract issues and risk which typically arise during construction of a project and examples of key contract provisions relating to risk mitigation, obligations to the owner and the contractor’s rights and remedies.
