RegisterLori Ann Lange, partner and co-chair of Peckar & Abramson’s Government Contracting & Infrastructure practice, will present “Requirements and Risks Regarding Data Security for Government Contractors” during the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE)’s 20th Annual Compliance & Ethics Institute, an educational and networking event for global compliance and ethics professionals. Lori will be joined by Scott Takaoka of Aon Cyber Solutions and David Sheidlower of Turner Construction Company for the presentation which will focus on developing an understanding of the crucial elements of the Department of Defense’s Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) and NIST SP 800-171 DoD Assessment Methodology. They will also discuss compliance procedures and implementation practices to assess compliance levels and cyber weakness.
The presentation will be presented virtually on Wednesday, September 22 from 2-3 pm PT. The conference will take place in person from September 19-22 at the Aria in Las Vegas, NV, but a more limited virtual attendance option is also available.
