Richard R. Volack will be part of an experienced panel of construction attorneys speaking at the New York City Bar Center in their upcoming CLE program entitled “Construction Contracts 101: Agreements Explained & Demystified” on Thursday, July 18, 2013. The panel will discuss different types of construction agreements and the advantages and disadvantages of using standardized forms of construction contracts. The speakers will also provide an in-depth analysis of the major topics within Owner/Architect agreements, Owner/Contractor agreements and Contractor/Subcontractor agreements. Mr. Volack will be discussing Owner/Contractor agreements, including major topics such as change orders, damages, liens, termination, and dispute resolution.
