Lori A. Lange will be speaking before the Integrated Dual-Use Commercial Companies at their February 2, 2015 meeting in Washington, D.C. Ms. Lange will focus her presentation on contracting with the General Services Administration (GSA) including GSA schedule contracting and domestic preference requirements. With regards to GSA schedule contracting, she will address what the GSA schedules are, how to get on a schedule and what the concerns are about GSA schedule contracting including most favored customer status and price reductions clause. Ms. Lange will also address the buy American Act, the Trade Agreements Act and the Berry Amendment as they relate to domestic preferences.
