Lori Ann Lange will be a faculty member in an upcoming webinar presented by the American Bar Association. The webinar titled: “Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and Anti-Corruption Laws in Construction Contracting” will take place on November 5, 2013 and will address enforcement of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and other anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws. Ms. Lange’s portion of the course will focus on the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act compliance programs and contracts.
