Baldwin, co-managing partner of Peckar & Abramson’s Texas offices, will moderate “Identifying, Quantifying, & Mitigating Schedule Delays and Disruptions”, a Construction Law Webinar co-sponsored by the Construction Law Foundation of Texas and The Construction Law Section of the State bar of Texas. The webinar will focus on how to identify, quantify, and mitigate schedule delays and disruptions in a timely and cost-effective manner by analyzing the project schedules, construction contract and the parties’ performance throughout the construction duration. The Zoom webinar will take place Thursday, September 2 from 12 – 1pm CT. MCLE credit will be offered.
