Rapoport will be a panel member speaking at the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) Central Jersey Branch February Technical Meeting presented in collaboration with RVSPE, AACE-NJ and Rutgers ASCE Student Chapter on February 18, 2014 at Rutgers Busch Campus in the Busch Dining Hall A/B in Piscataway, New Jersey. The meeting titled “Public-Private Partnerships – The Engineer’s Role in Public-Private Partnerships to Stand Up New Infrastructure” will focus on building alliances between government and private organizations in the P3 process.
