Stewart Shurtleff, partner in Peckar & Abramson’s Dallas office, will present “Balancing the Use of In-House and Outside Counsel” at the 2021 Construction SuperConference on December 7. Stewart will moderate this panel of current in-house counsel during the Tuesday Luncheon Plenary Session on December 7 from 12:45pm – 2:15pm. Presenters will discuss developing an understanding of the critical role of in-house counsel, particularly for those considering a transition and those frequently working with in-house colleagues as well as the relationship between in-house and outside counsel and the need to balance multiple or changing goals.
