Frank M. Rapoport will be a moderator at an invitation only P3 Breakfast Roundtable entitled “Advocating for Public-Private Partnership – New Tools for Building America” sponsored by the Association for the Improvement of American Infrastructure (AIAI) on June 19, 2014 at The Crowne Plaza located at 1605 Broadway in New York City. Mr. Rapoport will moderate a panel of three leaders in the P3 movement titled “The Silent P in Public-Private Partnerships (P3): Political Buy-In” which will explore the political ramifications of developing, structuring and delivering an infrastructure project utilizing P3. The Silent “P” encompasses a host of issues including understanding the owner’s financial situation, its willingness to accept new models of project delivery, the citizen’s willingness to embrace a user pay method and more.
