Bio
Juan represents contractors, construction managers, developers, and other key stakeholders in the construction industry, providing strategic legal counsel to help them navigate complex disputes, mitigate project risks, and achieve favorable outcomes.
Prior to joining Peckar & Abramson, Juan served as a Deputy District Attorney with the San Bernardino County District Attorney’s Office, where he prosecuted a wide range of criminal cases.
Juan earned his Juris Doctor from American University Washington College of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Geography from California State University, San Bernardino (CSUSB). During his undergraduate studies, he was a key member of CSUSB’s award-winning Model United Nations team.
