Aaron C. Schlesinger is a Partner in Peckar & Abramson’s Labor Relations and Employment Law Department. Mr. Schlesinger represents and counsels employers on a national level on labor management issues, including collective bargaining negotiations, unfair labor practice charges, labor arbitrations, responding to union organizational activity, strikes and picketing, and labor contract administration and has extensive experience before The National Labor Relations Board.

Mr. Schlesinger also has experience litigating and mediating employment discrimination, harassment, whistle-blowing, retaliation, wrongful discharge, defamation, misappropriation, and other employment related cases before federal and state courts. He also defends administrative proceedings before the EEOC and other federal, state, and local fair employment practice agencies, and defends wage/hour audits and other regulatory compliance investigations before the federal and state DOL.
Mr. Schlesinger provides employers with day-to-day management counseling on issues including employment policies, contracts, discipline, terminations, leaves of absence, accommodations, complaints, investigations, benefits, and reorganizations.
Mr. Schlesinger represents employers in such industries as healthcare, construction, hotel and hospitality, retail, manufacturing and power and energy.
