Steven M. Charney Participates in NJ Construction Litigation Conference

Steven M. Charney, Chairman at Peckar & Abramson, participated in a panel of construction attorneys at the New Jersey Construction Litigation Conference on September 16, 2014 at Pines Manor in Edison, New Jersey. The panelists focused their discussion on construction contracts – evaluating the benefits and drawbacks of Consensus, AIA, and ASCE contract documents as well as the implications of current and prospective changes to all AIA documents.
