Stephen H. Reisman co-authored an article titled “Teaming Arrangements on Infrastructure Projects (The Perfect Pair…or the Odd Couple?)” published in the Journal of the American College of Construction Lawyers, Volume 9, Number 2 (Summer 2015). The article reviews the various forms of teaming arrangements utilized by contractors with each other and with design professionals. It considers some of the principal considerations that motivate contractors to “team up” and some of the key factors to be addressed in creating a legal framework for the chosen teaming arrangement.
