Florida’s landscape is known for its luxurious beach front condo’s built by some of the most preeminent construction company’s in America.  P&A represents many of those company’s on a variety of matters but with one particular client, we are taking a beach front view straight to the United States Court of appeals.   The suit P&A is handling may have an impact across the construction industry setting a precedent for insurance carriers to pay for the defense of contractors when notice of construction defects are made prior to any complaints being filed.  P&A explored all the legalities and extenuating circumstances surrounding the case and has worked closely with the client and the insurance companies’ legal council to mitigate risk and liability for all parties involved. Most importantly, is protecting the interests of our client.  The issue will have a significant impact on Florida’s construction and insurance industries and is being closely monitored by state and national industry organizations.
