Kerri Sakaue is an associate in Peckar & Abramson's Labor and Employment practice group. She defends Employment Practices Liability Insurance and Directors & Officers claims.
Ms. Sakaue has experience litigating and mediating employment discrimination, harassment, whistle-blowing, retaliation, wrongful discharge, defamation, misappropriation, and other employment-related cases. She also defends administrative proceedings before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and other state and local fair employment practice agencies.
Ms. Sakaue earned her J.D. from the University of California, Irvine School of Law, where she served as senior editor for the UC Irvine Law Review. Ms. Sakaue graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles, where she received a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Global Studies.
