National construction law firm is seeking a litigation associate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial litigation for its New York City office.

Interested candidates must be admitted to practice in New York. The successful candidate will have a sincere interest in construction, strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills, and be able to work independently and as part of a team. The position is for a commercial litigator, not an insurance defense attorney, who has experience in the NY commercial parts, in federal court, and with arbitration and mediation. The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $140,000 to $190,000 depending on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
