Mr. Barot focuses his practice on construction litigation, commercial litigation and dispute resolution. Mr. Barot is fluent in Hindi.
Mr. Barot is admitted in Virginia and was previously a judicial law clerk for The Honorable Bruce D. White, Chief Judge for the 19th Judicial Circuit of Virginia in Fairfax County. Mr. Barot previously served as Research Director of the Journal of International Commercial Law and a Board member of the Trial Advocacy Board. In law school, he was Vis Moot Chair of the Alternate Dispute Resolution Society and a member of the Moot Court Board – Global Antitrust Competition problem writer.
