Tony works primarily with general contractors, subcontractors, specialty contractors, and other construction related professionals in complex construction litigation, as well as other various commercial litigation matters. Tony represents a wide range of clients in litigation disputes including construction defect, breach of contract, breach of warranty, mechanic’s liens, and bond claims. Tony’s unique background and experience as a small-business owner gives him a unique perspective in understanding the client’s goals, identifying and minimizing risks, developing cost-effective litigation strategy, and ultimately obtaining favorable results.

Tony is an active and dedicated member in several trade associations including the Houston chapters of The Associated General Contractors of America (AGC), Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC), and AGC’s Construction Leadership Council (CLC). Tony also volunteers on AGC’s Golf Committee organizing their annual tournament benefitting the AGC Houston Scholarship Fund and ACE Mentor Program Houston. In 2019, Tony received the honor of being selected as a member of Leadership AGC, a leadership development program limited to twenty select participants identified as the “next generation of leaders in Houston’s commercial construction industry.”
Tony earned his J.D. at South Texas College of Law, where he served as an editor of the Construction Bar Journal published by the Construction Law Section of the State Bar of Texas., and his B.S. from Texas A&M University.
