Bio

Ryan’s experience includes construction, real estate, and premises-related disputes. He has represented developers, general contractors, sub-contractors, and design professionals in both commercial and residential construction defect matters, including numerous high-exposure cases involving high-rise condominiums, mix-use developments, and homeowner’s associations. Ryan acquired invaluable experience working throughout law school for a licensed general contractor which ignited Ryan’s passion for construction law. Since then, he has gained insight into pre-suit and alternative dispute resolution, construction defect and lien foreclosure litigation, and  drafting, negotiation and enforcement of construction and design contracts.

Ryan earned his J.D. from Florida State University where he was awarded a Book Award/Top Grade in Florida Civil Practice, Real Estate Law Foundations, and Florida Alternative Dispute Resolution. Before law school, he attended Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University “Virginia Tech” where he earned his B.A. in Political Science and Philosophy, with a focus on Legal Studies. Ryan was also a member of the Virginia Tech 2015 NCAA baseball team and the Phi Alpha Delta Law International Law Fraternity.
