Ms. Sharma focuses her practice on construction law, representing construction managers, and general contractors in large-scale, complex federal and state litigation in New York and California. Her experience includes drafting all manner of construction related documents, including construction and commercial contracts, transaction documents, lien documents and other documents related to construction projects, and in the prosecution and defense of complex claims.
Puja represents clients in disputes involving public projects and on large private construction and infrastructure projects. She offers additional capabilities in the area of labor and employment law and has represented parties, including construction clients, in matters before federal and state courts, the Department of Labor and in union disputes.
Ms. Sharma is admitted to practice in New York, Washington, D.C. and California, the Southern, Eastern and Northern Districts of New York, the Northern District of California, and the Supreme Court of the United States. She is fluent in English, Spanish and Italian with conversational ability in German, French, Portuguese and Catalan, and moderate fluency in Hindi and Japanese.
