Olesya Sidorkina is an Associate in Peckar & Abramson's Washington, D.C. office. She has white-collar criminal litigation experience representing corporations and individuals in civil and criminal investigations and prosecutions relating to conspiracy, fraud and regulatory matters.

Ms. Sidorkina has managed discovery and pre-trial preparations in complex white-collar litigation proceedings including supervising electronic document review, drafting discovery requests and responses, legal research of applicable regulations, and drafting motions as well as argued before state and federal courts involving white-collar defense and prosecution proceedings. She has provided legal advice related to Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) violations and defenses and has conducted complex securities fraud investigations and appeared before Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Arbitration panels.
Prior to joining Peckar & Abramson, she was a Discovery Attorney with a law firm in Washington, D.C. and a White-Collar Litigation Associate with a law firm in Las Vegas. She was also a Law Clerk specializing in fraud for the Department of Justice (DOJ), Office of International Affairs in Washington, D.C. and a full time intern for the Division of Enforcement, FCPA Unit of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in Washington, D.C.
Ms. Sidorkina is admitted to practice in Washington, D.C. and Nevada. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies with a minor in Russian Literature, Language and Culture from the University of California, Berkeley, and a JD from the University of California, Davis School of Law.
