Mary has successfully represented clients throughout all phases of litigation, from pre-suit investigations, through depositions and trial, as well as arguing motions and appeals, and has achieved cost-effective resolution of disputes in settlement. She presently focuses her practice on construction and commercial litigation, and presently represents clients in connection with complex construction claims and contract disputes. Prior to joining P&A, Mary litigated 9/11-related claims, class action matters, consumer finance claims as national counsel, and labor matters, in addition to conducting internal investigations, and providing advice to clients concerning site safety and compliance in construction and other industries.
Mary earned her B.A. from Clark University and her J.D. from New York Law School where she participated in the Charles W. Froessel Intramural Moot Court Competition and was awarded academically on the Dean’s List. Mary also earned an award for Public Service through many hours of pro bono work inside and outside the Courts of New York.
