Joseph Vento is a Senior Associate in the Employment Practices Group and Commercial Litigation Practice at Peckar & Abramson. He defends Employment Practices Liability Insurance and Directors & Officers claims on behalf of employers and is also assigned to a team with a focus on commercial litigation.

Joseph has experience mediating and litigating employment discrimination, harassment, whistle-blowing, retaliation, wrongful discharge and other employment-related cases before federal and state courts. He also defends administrative proceedings before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and local fair practice employment agencies.
Joseph received his B.A., cum laude, in Business Administration from Marist College and his law degree, cum laude, from Pace University School of Law. While studying at Pace Law, he served as President of the Student Bar Association. He is also a member of the New York and New Jersey State Bar Associations and the American Bar Association.
