Ethan Johnson is an associate in the Construction & Infrastructure practice in Peckar & Abramson’s New York office. He represents contractors, construction managers, and other industry professionals in a wide range of construction-related matters.
“The first-hand experience many of our attorneys have from working in the construction industry sets P&A apart and contributes to the firm’s deep understanding of our clients’ needs.”
Prior to becoming an associate, Ethan worked as a law clerk and claims specialist for the firm. He also has hands-on construction experience, having worked for four years as a project scheduler for an international construction management firm, developing and managing construction schedules for projects with contract values up to $1.3 billion. That experience makes him an invaluable resource in complex delay claims.
Prior to attending law school, Ethan was employed by a construction consulting firm where he worked with some of the nation’s largest general contractors, preparing delay analyses to support the resolution of construction delay claims. He earned his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and his B.S., cum laude, in Construction Engineering from North Carolina State University.
