Ms. Venning’s expertise includes construction litigation in addition to drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex technology business contracts. She has drafted and argued successful motions for summary judgement and motions to dismiss in court; negotiated and drafted settlement agreements; defended depositions; and managed all discovery aspects from preparing and responding to written discovery. She uniquely understands government contracts to procure goods and services, having worked in house at the law departments of leading municipalities such as the Office of General Counsel at the Atlanta Housing Authority and the City of New York.
Ms. Venning is admitted to practice in New York, Georgia and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. In law school, she was honored as a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and Joseph H. Gellert Scholar.
