Craig D. Spector is a Partner and serves as Chair of the Real Estate Law practice at Peckar & Abramson. Craig is also a member of the Corporate Law practice.

Craig focuses his practice in the areas of real estate, business and finance. He has extensive experience representing and advising developers, investors, operators and commercial tenants of real estate. Areas of concentration include acquisitions and sales, leasing, mortgage based finance and healthcare finance. He also counsels corporate clients in regard to mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial transactions, contracts, finance and the formation of business entities.
Craig represents clients nationwide and is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey and the State of New York. He has lectured before the Institute of Real Estate Management on landlord tenant issues and before Hudson-Bergen County Inns of Transactional Counsel on construction financing. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the New Jersey Bar Association. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Washington University in Saint Louis and his Juris Doctor from New England School of Law in Boston. Craig has been peer rated “AV Preeminent” in Martindale-Hubbell and awarded as a Best Lawyer.
