Craig Landy is a partner who regularly advises general contractors, construction managers and owners in the drafting, negotiating and administering of contracts for the construction of international, national and local projects, both large and small. He has helped clients manage and mitigate legal risks on construction projects and has trained project staff in overcoming contractual obstacles that often must be faced on large and small construction projects. Craig is recognized by Martindale Hubbell with the highest AV-rating and by Best Lawyers and Super Lawyers.

Craig’s public service includes law secretary to New York State Supreme Court Justice Harold Baer, Jr. and deputy chief of the Commercial Litigation Division of the New York City Corporation Counsel’s Office. In addition, for 21 years, he was an adjunct professor of law at New York Law School. Craig is also a past president of the New York County Lawyers’ Association (2000 — 2002). He served that Association in a number of capacities, including Vice President and Chair of the Executive Committee. Craig is currently a member of NYCLA’s Board of Directors.
Craig served for many years in the House of Delegates of the New York State Bar Association and as a member of that Association’s Nominating Committee. He has also served as a Delegate to the House of Delegates of the American Bar Association and is a Fellow of the New York Bar Foundation.
