Alex represents clients in construction, real estate, and other complex commercial litigation, including contract disputes, delay and construction defect claims, payment disputes, and mechanic’s liens. Before joining P&A, Alex was an associate for a large law firm, representing developers, public and private owners, financial lenders, general contractors, and construction managers on projects throughout the United States on both transactional and litigation-related matters.
Alex is an active member of the Boston Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association and the AGC of Massachusetts. He earned his J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law, his Master of Environmental Law and Policy from Vermont Law School and Graduate School, and his B.A. from George Washington University.
