Craig D. Spector is a Partner and Director of the firm’s Real Property Practice Group, as well as a member of the firm’s Corporate Law Practice Group.

Mr. Spector brings a broad range of knowledge and experience to the firm in the representation of developers, operators and commercial tenants of real estate including retail shopping centers, office buildings and industrial buildings, as well as apartment buildings and residential communities. He has extensive experience in counseling corporate and investment clients in all phases of real estate ownership and development such as purchase and sale transactions, management, finance and leasing. Mr. Spector also,  regularly counsels corporate clients in regard to mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial transactions, contracts, finance and the formation of business entities.

Mr. Spector is admitted to practice law in the states of New Jersey and New York and has handled real estate transactions throughout the country. He has lectured before the Institute of Real Estate Management on landlord tenant issues. Mr. Spector is a graduate of New England School of Law and Washington University. Additionally, he is a member of the American Bar Association and the New Jersey Bar Association as well as  a member of the Board of Directors of the Bergen County YJCC, located in Washington Township, New Jersey. Mr. Spector is Chairman of the annual Joel P. Spector YJCC Run held at the YJCC in memory of his father.
