Rosenberg’s primary areas of practice are in complex real estate, financial transactions, corporate law and banking as well as in matters involving construction, where he represents owners, developers, lenders and general contractors. He has been recognized in Real Estate Law (1989-2003) and Construction Law (2006 - 2008) by The Best Lawyers in America. In addition to practicing law, he has provided substantial services to the community. He is currently a member of the Board of Trustees of Barry University, serves as a member of its committee on advancement and investments and its committee on finance and facilities. Mr. Rosenberg served as a member of the Board of Directors of Cedars Medical Center for 11 years and acted as its chairman for 9 years. He has also been a longtime advisor to the YWCA and served as a director of the Zoological Society of Florida, among other endeavors. Mr. Rosenberg is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida as well as all courts of the State of Florida. Mr. Rosenberg is a member of the Florida Bar, the Dade County Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He attended the University of Virginia and is a graduate of the University of Miami School of Law.
