Kevin
O’Connor
is a
partner
with
a
broad
legal
background
and
emphasis
on
construction,
employment
and
complex
commercial
disputes.
He
is
involved
in
all
aspects
of
commercial
litigation
in
State
and
Federal
courts
and
in
private
alternative
dispute
resolution
venues,
with
involvement
in
all
phases
of
litigating
construction
and
commercial
matters,
including
drafting
of
pleadings,
discovery,
depositions,
motions,
trials
and
arbitrations.
Mr.
O’Connor
advises ENR
Top
100
and
Fortune
500
clients
on a
broad
panoply
of
construction,
employment
and
commercial
issues.
He
has
tried
numerous
matters
before
juries
in
both
State
and
Federal
courts.
Mr.
O’Connor
received
his
Bachelor
of
Arts
degree
from
Montclair
State
University,
cum
laude,
and
his
law
degree
from
Rutgers
University
School
of
Law-Newark,
where
he
served
as
Editor-in-Chief
of
the
Rutgers
Law
Review
and
as a
Member
of
the
National
Moot
Court
Team.
While
in
law
school,
Mr.
O’Connor
was
elected
to
the
Order
of
the
Barristers
and
was
the
recipient
of
the
Nathan
Schildkraut
Award
for
