He has over 30 years of civil litigation experience representing general contractors and developers. Mr. Neal’s success as a construction attorney is based on his experience as a contractor, owner of a building materials company, and 30 years of litigating construction cases. Mr. Neal has successfully won more than one hundred and twenty three cases without an adverse jury verdict or contributing to a settlement in any of those cases. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Neal was in active duty in the U.S. Submarine Force, serving aboard the submarine assigned to a Seal Team and Special Forces Operations in Southeast Asia. Upon completing his military commitment, Mr. Neal worked for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company handling product liability and construction claims where he was promoted to the Liberty Mutual Suit Group and assigned as the company’s representative to oversee high-exposure cases during trial in Southern California and Nevada. During that assignment, Mr. Neal oversaw and participated in fifty-two trials. Mr. Neal received his undergraduate degree from California State University at Long Beach and received his law degree from Southwestern Law School.
