Mr. Johansen has extensive experience litigating indoor air quality, mold, water intrusion and building defect cases. He advises clients in mold avoidance, claims handling and media communications issues. He is a frequent speaker and presenter on indoor air quality issues. He has been selected as one of the Best Lawyers in America for Construction Law in 2006 - 2008. Mr. Johansen is a member of The Florida Bar, the Missouri Bar, the California Bar, the Orange County Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the American Bar Association Forum on the Construction Industry. Mr. Johansen earned his B.S. in 1982 from the University of Nebraska - Omaha and his J.D. in 1986 from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln, where he was a member of the Allen Moot Court Board.
